ZANZIBAR SAFARI CLUB
Zanzibar Safari Club is a magical beachfront resort, situated on the picturesque East Coast of Zanzibar amidst a 6 acre tropical garden and prides itself in its beautiful location, once described by David Livingstone as “paradise”.  The buildings are surrounded by lush groves of mature palm trees, making for an idyllic island setting.  A select assortment of antique furniture decorates the indoors, together with the modern amenities expected in a top-class hotel.  Zanzibar Safari Club offers something for everyone – from a fun-filled action-packed holiday of scuba diving, snorkeling, beach games and sightseeing to a relaxing holiday recharging your batteries while lounging in the sun and enjoying a soothing massage.  The Club has its own diving school and, if you’re lucky, you’ll be able to swim with the school of dolphins that regularly frequent the area.  There is also a jetty-discotheque, out in the ocean, where you can spend a great night out dancing, enjoying the cool sea breeze.  The Zanzibar Safari Club combines international levels of hospitality with the local lifestyle of the island and what you end up with is true Zanzibarian warmth.

PEMBA ISLAND MANTA REEF
This attractive, rustic lodge is situated on a cliff-face overlooking a heavenly, five-kilometre stretch of beach along the Kigomasha Peninsula on the northern tip of Pemba.  Manta Reef has a relaxed feel with a thatched lodge consisting of a reception area, lounge bar and dining room, and separate timber guest cabins, built on stilts on the hill – all overlooking the water.  Further down the beach is the dive centre and beach bar – the place to laze on a hammock or sunbed between dives.  This is one of the best sights for diving and deep-sea fishing.  The deep waters of the Pemba Channel provide fantastic wall dives with sightings of turtles, whales and sharks, as well as interesting sections of coral in the lagoons.  If you are not a diver, you can still enjoy the underwater world with a snorkel and fins by swimming off the main beach.  Try sailing with a local fisherman, try your hand at deep-sea fishing or take a picnic to a deserted sandbank in the ocean.  Stay on land and follow one of the nature trails to look for the endangered flying foxes, coconut crabs and a rare subspecies of the Vervet monkey.  Manta Reef was one of the first lodges to appear on the island and still remains delightfully off the beaten track – a great place for adventure travelers.

LA GEMMA DELL EST
La Gemma Dell Est is located on the North West coast of Zanzibar, near to Kendwa Rocks, on a magnificent stretch of beach.  Even with this great beach, there is a most massive swimming pool on the island with a sunken bar on the northern end to enjoy cocktails.  The hotel has been styled on a modern European style, incorporating a modern Zanzibar style.  One of the most stunning features of the resort is the large entertainment area built on a pontile out in the ocean.  The jetty juts out into the ocean and provides a stunning place to enjoy cocktails during the day, sundowners at sunset or a late night drink.  From the deck, in the evening, you can watch the fish swimming in the floodlit ocean.
